How can I request accommodations for a disability?

Students who have disabilities and need academic accommodations can contact an ADA Coordinator for assistance with documenting the disability and receiving accommodations.

The ADA Coordinators are:

• Ashley Proffitt (aproffitt@sullivan.edu ) is the Primary contact for Louisville, Online, and Fort Knox students.
  • If Ashley is out of the office, Kara Looney (klooney@sullivan.edu) or Antonia Allen (aallen@sullivan.edu) can be contacted to assist.
• Dale English (denglish@sullivan.edu) is the contact for PharmD and PA program students.
• David Tudor (dtudor@sullivan.edu) is the interim contact for Lexington and Louisa.

The decision to disclose a disability or to not disclose a disability is entirely up to the student. If a student chooses not to disclose their disability initially, they may do so later if desired.
