How do I log into databases?
Answer
Logging In
To access Sullivan University Library’s electronic resources, including the A-Z Databases page, Journal Index, and ebooks in the Library Catalog, you will need to log in using SUS Single Sign-On with your Sullivan University credentials.
If you are already signed in to your Sullivan email or Blackboard, you may be automatically signed in to library resources. If prompted to log in, use the same username and password you use for your Sullivan email, Blackboard, and other University systems.
For best results, access databases and ebooks directly through the library website. If you search for a database through Google or go directly to the database’s website, your Sullivan login may not work because the database may not recognize that you are affiliated with Sullivan University.
Login Troubleshooting tips:
- Double-check that you are using the correct Sullivan username and password.
- Clear your browser history, cache, and saved passwords, then try again.
- Try using a different web browser.
- Make sure you are accessing the resource from the library website.
- If your username and password still do not work, reset your Sullivan password. This will reset the password for your full Sullivan account, including email and Blackboard.
Please contact the library if these steps do not solve the problem or if you have any other questions.
Note: If you are a preceptor for the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, you must log in using the Preceptor login page.
